Bio
Michelle P. Pina Theall is a San Antonio native. She attended St. Mary's University and earned her B.A. and M.A. in English Literature and Language, focusing her Master's project on language and service learning. She has been an instructor in The Writing Program since Fall 2009. She taught high school for 5 years before moving into university teaching and is now one of two instructors teaching in the Dual Credit Program.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading and writing, hanging out with her family, which includes 12-year-old twins, her husband, two dogs, and two cats, listening to NPR, and binge-watching television. She is a published poet in several different publications including Di-verse-City and The Pecan Grove Review.
