Bio
I’m a proud first-generation college graduate and UT San Antonio alumna, where I earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration. Prior to teaching, I worked in higher education administration for more than 25 years at UT San Antonio, where I served in a variety of leadership roles dedicated to developing policies and programs that promote student success.
When I’m not teaching, I’m mentoring new leaders in my field, volunteering in the community, and spending time with my family. I also find joy in gardening, reading, and exploring the Texas Hill Country in search of good food and good conversation wherever I can find them.
